​Your First Visit

Expect to spend approximately 90 minutes for your first visit.  During this time
​Dr. Lisa will get as much detailed information about your health issues.  In addition to this, she will also be getting more information on your past medical history, family history, and learn more about your lifestyle including sleep, stress levels, exercise, water intake and bowel movements.  
She may recommend updating your blood work or get other types of testing such as a hair tissue mineral analysis, hormone testing or a comprehensive stool test.  

Your Second Visit & Follow-ups

​The second visits lasts about 90 minutes.  During this time Dr. Lisa will go over any labs or medical reports that you've had done with previous doctors, any new labs and the results of your questionnaire's.  She will go over a wellness plan to get you started on a path towards healing and improved health.  She utilizes whole food based supplements, functional phytotherapy (herbs) as well as essential oils and homeopathic remedies to support the body on it's healing journey.  You will also be going home with a 7-day food journal so that more can be learned about your diet.  

On the third visit moving forward, Dr. Lisa may fine tune your protocl or make other nutritonal reommendations.   Frequency of visits will be determined on a case by case basis.  Follow-up visits last about 30 minutes.  

​There will be a re-evaluation every 90 days.  ​
